Conditions of Use
The jewellery is made to order and we will try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In many cases you will receive it within a week, though please allow 14 days before enquiring.
If for any reason we cannot send your jewellery within two weeks, we will contact you immediately to let you know the expected waiting time.
We use PayPal's Shopping Cart system which is integrated into our website. As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase. Diamond Designs does not see your card details at any time. We also accept cheques and postal orders made payable to Joanne Quibell and sent to 69 Treetown Crescent, Treeton, Rotherham, S60 5QD. Payment must be cleared before goods are posted. Please ask for any further details.
U.K. Orders with a value up to £39.99 are normally sent by first class recorded mail, which includes compensation up to £40.00 for loss or damage in transit. Orders with a value over £40 are sent by Special Delivery, which includes insurance up to £500 and next day delivery.
Overseas orders are charged extra postage.

If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated, we will ask you to pay the postage charge again for us to re-send it.
Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 10 days of receipt for replacement. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer except in the case of faulty goods.
Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If we receive an item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.

If we have custom-made a piece of jewellery to fit a specific size, or with different colours or design from those shown on our site, we do not normally offer a refund for any reason other than faulty or damaged goods. Please contact us first if you feel you need to return anything for any other reason. All items can be made up to fit a specific size, we ask that you state this on your order if necessary. The pictures on the website give a good representation of the items, but remember that markings of stone will vary slightly.
We may need to charge a little more for the extra beads involved in making up bracelets, chokers or necklaces that are much larger than average.
